I hate to be the downer, but if you follow the link in one of those comments, you'll see that it's really just the translated book with some manga-like illustrations in it. It's too bad. Twilight would probably do well in Japan. They produce stories about pedo and weirdly controlling and abusive boyfriends all the time.

And you know there would be slash doujin aplenty.
