He keeps calling me at fucking 10 a.m. on my rare day off. Today he called about a return I did for this guy who came into the store ranting and yelling about how our Rain and Stain repellant doesn't really repel sweat stains. The hat was in okay condition and could be resold so I did the return and put it back on his credit card just because Lids is a very customer oriented place that's pretty lenient about returns. Anyway, I called Craig to let him know and he seemed okay with it.

Today he calls me in the morning and proceeds to say I shouldn't have done the return because the hat was nice looking. What the fuck? We're SUPPOSED to do returns if the hat is in good condition because it means we can resell it. He says that we can't resell a hat that was worn from 07-11-05 until 07-31-05 when I did the return. Then he bitched at me about how all customers must not only give their address information so it shows up printed on the return receipt they also must write it themselves. Which is repetitive and retarded, especially when the store is hella crowded like that day.

Whatever. I got so irked with him I was like, "I did what I was taught. If I did it wrong then write me up and I won't do it again. I'm human, I have a shite memory. I forget things." I just really don't get what the fuck was his problem about the returned hat though.

It looked NICE! That's a GOOD thing! We can resell it! Oh no, someone wore it for 2 weeks! Who the fuck is going to know that. Argh... I'm so sick of retail right now. I can't wait to graduate Sanford Brown and exit this hell populated with anal retentive bastards who are only that way to suck up and try to get more promotions. Blerh.
