I just got back from work a few minutes ago and I'm unable to sleep but really enthused about the night shift. It was everything I was hoping for. Calmer overall but filled with a lot of interesting stuff going on. From drunk drivers to warrants to car jackers and on and on. Once I'm off training and we get to be put on regular rotation by ourselves I'm so requesting to be put on this shift because I really think it suits me.
My favorite manga of the moment is still Skip Beat because of its wonderfully brilliant and twisted heroine Kyoko. If you haven't read Skip Beat then you simply must. Though it's been licensed over here there are still some places where you can find some decent translations online of the manga. At least up to Chapter 100.

Also, much thanks to Pat for greeting me with two ultra cute Nanoha pix upon waking my iMac up. I just had to make them into avatars. I simply could not resist the cuteness. Especially Vita-chan with her chibi Graf Eisen who is without a doubt the coolest Intelligent Device just for speaking in German so enthusiastically. Although Raising Heart is definitely the most psycho. Don't want to mess with it, no sir.
