I am so far behind on reading fics, it's sad. So, I'm just getting to this now. :)

I love that Erica set them up to finally get over everything and put it behind them. I love that she's not the only one who sees it either, and I love how the mere mention of Miranda and the confession that she gets it really cracks Kendall open.

"You're a disaster magnet with a history of childhood pyromania, remember?"

I loved this throwback, heh. I love when people actually know the sure and write it, it's so much funnier when things like this are thrown in there.

"I would have burst your bubble," said Kendall in a sardonic observation.

Damn right! Kendall so would've burst her bubble, and I would've cheered her on while doing it.

"Her name can melt snow now?" asked Bianca playfully, kneading the dough. "She gets more powerful every day."

Hehe, this really made me laugh out loud. First a bear, now snow! What can't Erica Kane do?

Loved the Mary-Louise Parker name drop, heh. I miss Weeds!

The entire conversation talking about their types and just talking to one another like that again was wonderful to read. Even if the tension is still there under the surface. Then, Monopoly!

This was a great start, and I loved how the dynamic went from hot to cold between the two of them very quickly. One little thing setting Kendall off, her retreating and even recognizing it, too. Off to the second part now...
