Read my title for explanation. As if you need an explanation if you read this damn thing, right? I love cover songs and I love sharing them. And thus I am sharing a bunch of random ones now. Some I've probably linked before but oh the well hell. You can just not download them, capiche?

Just for the sake of stating my puny opinion my favorite cover here is Send Me An Angel by Thrice. The way they cover it really emphasizes the dark lyrics in a way the original version of the song doesn't. Plus I just love the guitar playing in it. Build Me Up Buttercup by Save Ferris is delightfully happy and is a close second. Lunachicks brilliantly cover Blondie in a pop way that is still fucking hard and I adore them for that and Texas Lightning deserves much props for doing an awesome country music cover for Man In The Mirror. Which is so odd to think about but it rules.

Ah fucking hell. I love all these songs. lol. Just download already.
