MacBook, Yay!

MacBook Air is highly overrated and expensive. They cut a lot of stuff out to make it that thin and pretty and it really sucks if you think about it long enough. However, I am greatly enjoying my brand new MacBook which I got (with Applecare Protection Plan) for the nifty price of $1,100. It comes complete with:

* 2.2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
* 1 GB RAM
* 120 GB HD
* SuperDrive (Burns DVDs and CDs)

Nifty for the price, huh?

Anyway! My gf is angry at me yet again but I do love this laptop. It's not as gleaming and shiny as my iMac or a MacBook Pro and yes, even the overrated MacBook Air, but it does the job and it suits my purposes.

Second, congrats on the MacBook. I'm sure you'll be very happy with it. Teh Sexay may want the MacBook Air, but it certainly isn't for everyone.

And last, why the heck is your girlfriend mad at you now? Is she jealous of the new computer or something?

Yes. I do want the MacBook Air. But it doesn't mean that I'm gonna throw this MacBook Pro to the wayside in favor of a shiny new thing that comes with the harddrive of an iPod...
