S3 L Word Spoilers! I'm Disliking Dana

At long last Showtime has premiered their official first clip of a S3 episode of The L Word and it's Alice on the radio talking about her break up with Dana and showing Dana and Lara canoodling in Dana's condo. For those who want to see the video and save it here's a megaupload link:

I'm writing my S3 angsty Danish fanfic, right? I'm pretty far along with it. Six scenes in and around thirty five pages. I've decided to split it up in five parts and release each part as I finish it. The fic is entirely plotted out and I hope to have the whole thing completed before the S3 premiere. Anyway, I'm writing this fic and Dana is Dana in the fic. I love Dana. She's cute, she's dorky, she's funny as hell, and it sucks ass she's going to possibly die of cancer.

But now I'm irked at her for the condition she clearly leaves Alice in thanks to that promo. Thing is, it's kind of a double edged sword because, dude, I disliked the scene SO much but fucking hell was Leisha good in it. She's going to bring it and rock the house in this upcoming season and if that clip is any sign I think we'll probably get a decent chunk of Alice character development which I do a nerdy fangirl squee at because she's my favorite character.

And yet, I still dislike Dana right now.

Alice is definitely the best character ever. And I love Dana and Alice together. Why do those stupid writers have to mess it up in season three? ButI'm pretty sure they will end up together anyway, I mean, they are so meant to be together. And yeah...Leisha is so good! :D And gorgeous too. Can't wait to read your fic!

Leisha is adorable. I'm still slightly enamored with her haircut for S3. lol. I love her hair longer and darker, it looks terribly cute on her and I have a weakness for the cute girls. I think Danish will reconcile in S3 but I also think Dana will most likely die of the cancer which means them getting back together is a totally moot point, you know? Then again, maybe we'll get lucky and Dana won't die. Whatever though. At least Leisha will have some great scenes acting wise. That's something to look forward to.

That's exactly why I kiiinda like the dramatic happenings in Alice's life: now Leisha gets the chance to show what she is capable of.
Btw I'm almost finished with reading your new fic. I was very pleased with the title as a hardcore Tori fan :D
