Et Tu, Erin?

The gigantic L Word S3 promo has launched and whee, it starts off with Alice going nuts commentary. Thank god for Leisha's podcast interview where she expresses a healthy amount of disdain for where they're taking Alice in S3 because I'm feeling slightly disappointed in Erin for saying that she thinks the funniest thing in this new season is Alice going off the deep end because of the Danish break up. But who can stay mad or disappointed in Erin? Not me. But it sort of sucked that she said that since the storyline is totally lame.

But dude! Helacious! lol. We get a great glimpse of Helena in Alice's apartment and her physically wrenching the cardboard standee of Dana away from Alice. I know I'm so shallow but I really squee'd at this because Alice is in her super cute glasses. I hate that fucking standee but I did love that scene so much. It was fabulously cute and funny with them fighting over the standee and Alice saying in her sardonic manner that Helena could, "Take the shrine."

I know we're not going to get Helacious romance but dude, if this is but a glimpse of how Helacious friendship is going to play off they'd be nuts not to go somewhere with this if Dana ends up dying from cancer. Because it really was fucking adorable. They also showed Helacious doing yoga and Alice breaking down into tears. Helena was too sweet in that scene. So while I hate what they're doing to Alice in S3 this promo has validated my love of Helacious.

Random thought though... Daniela Sea who plays Moira/Max has a much higher pitched voice than I originally thought. And I had a total Anime fangirl moment in that clip where she's binding her chest. I watched her and I suddenly thought, "Ukyo!" lol. I loved Ukyo so much from Ranma 1/2. Just a fucking gloriously androgynous hot okonomiyaki chef.

All right. I need to get back to writing. I want to get at least two more scenes for Part Two of my fanfic, All The White Horses, done today. Currently I've got the first scene finished and it's around eleven pages long.

I think there's totally hope for Danish. Especially if Dana doesn't end up dying. I believe Helacious is already friends by the first episode of S3 but the second episode really develops their relationship. That's the episode that features Helena and Alice fighting over the cardboard standee of Dana along with some other stuff. So it begins with them already friendly and Alice saying Helena has been a big help to her during her break up period with Dana. I think a lot of S3 is going to deal with that relationship but what I worry about is when Dylan, the curious straight girl love interest for Helena, is introduced and Alice discovers that Dana has cancer that the Helacious friendship might fall to the wayside. Which would suck ass. I hope the friendship carries through the whole season.

When it comes to getting the various episodes, do you have bittorrent? You can easily find the new episodes by using bittorrent. You can download the program here: http://www.bittorrent.com/
