Whee! Happy dance of nerdy fanfic writer joy. I finished the super long second chapter of my spoiler filled angst fest S3 L Word fanfic, All The White Horses. The final page count totals out at fifty nine. Ahhh, man am I fucking wordy. lol. Anyway, I know a few of my readers are people in the medical profession so like always, if I made any mistakes let me know. And in general let me know how you like how this long ass fic is developing. I do appreciate the feedback.

Thanks so much! I'm so glad you're like All The White Horses. I wasn't sure if writing the fic was a good idea but people seem to like it thus far. Despite all the amounts of angst. I actually met Erin's mother by accident once because a few of my friends are involved with the Central Reform Synagogue. Tis a cool place. I haven't heard back from Webster University when it comes to the Department Associate job but on Monday I'm interview with the St. Louis Family Court for a job as a Court Clerk which is a nice government job. If I get that position I plan on going back to school for a BA in Creative Writing but on a part time basis since I doubt I'll have free time available to do full time at UMSL because UMSL has a way better Creative Writing program than Webster. I'd only go to Webster if I worked there and got free tuition. Nothing against them but UMSL has just a really great program with tons of course variety.

I really do appreciate all the just genuinely sweet encouragement people on my LJ have been giving in terms of me going back to school for writing. It's odd, until I got weirdly addicted to posting on here I never had much concept of the amount of people who read my fics. It's strange but cool to finally be interacting with a lot of my readers on a more real basis. [sniffles] It makes me not feel so alone... Hee. I'm lame. Oh, and please call me Nic. I just use dreiser for a penname because, well, I think if I wrote fanfic under my real name no one would know me and not read the stories. lol.

Nic it is, then. I forgot to mention that I am looking forward to the upcoming fanfic writers episode contest, especially if you are going to give it a go. I know I am not alone in thinking that what I read online is often better than what is on the show. It will be interesting to see how the contest works out.

And on "accidentally" meeting Erin's mother - too funny! Small town, huh?
