The subject line comes from the fact that I've been flipping around about what song I want playing during the opening scene of Part Three for All The White Horses which has Danish making love for the first time since their break up. I went from Drive You Home by Garbage to Get Gotten by Ben Lee and now I've settled on What Would Happen by Meredith Brooks. I'm pretty sure that's the song I'm going to stick with. I've finally got the second scene done and the fic is already about thirty pages long. Nineteen of those pages are the first scene with the sex. lol. So although this fic is taking longer than I'd like to get written I think the theorized length of the sex scenes will most likely pacify those who are wanting to read it as soon as they can. I'm still shooting to get this fic out by Monday night but it might end up being Tuesday just because I have eight scenes plotted out for the fic with only two finished which leaves six to go. That might not sound like much but each of these scenes at minimum has to be around six pages long in order for me to get across what I want and most likely they'll end up being longer than that. The last scene, which is fairly angsty but still romantic, ends with Danish making love again and will probably end up being about the same length as the opening scene at around nineteen pages.
Anyway. That's the story on that if anyone is curious. I'm sure most aren't. lol. I'm also suffering from a weird ass annoying sudden cold that has me constantly coughing and is making my voice sound fucking hoarse and low pitched as hell. Which for some reason Michi likes but she's strange and claims she likes how my voice is already naturally low pitched so the fact that this cold is making it more so is something she says she enjoys. Since I hate hearing the sound of my own voice I don't really know what to think when she claims I have a lower pitched voice but I really don't think it's all that low.
Certainly I don't have a voice that's a cool low pitch like Kate Moennig or Dina Meyer have. No way could I ever get that lucky. lol. That shit is a major turn on and while I have an unnatural ability to charm chicks despite my fucking average looks I don't think my voice is a huge part of maintaining that weird ass talent.
