Seriously dude. I'm still hung over. It's been like... I dunno how many years since I've managed to do that. Yesterday was hella fun though. Especially the parade with Vlad. He had tons of fun and got petted by a countless amount of people. Being an attention whore he was all over that.

Michi had a good time and it was her first time doing Mardi Gras up in Soulard so I was happy that I made it an enjoyable experience for her. It's one of my favorite things to do each year and part of what makes St. Louis such a great city. But man... we drank SO much. She's still sleeping. I'm could type more about what went on but my head still is weirdly buzzing.

I think I'll take a shower. lol. Hopefully I'll be clear headed in two hours because that's when I have to head over to the house to get stuff ready for the L Word viewing party. I wonder how Pip and Stacey are doing? Pip drank a lot but she's like a fucking monster and can somehow drink and drink without any side effects. Must be her Creole side or something. Although I'm French shouldn't that be good for boozery? I can hold my booze fine but I do get horrible hang overs.

I think before I go I'll just write down the amounts of booze I drank.

12 beers.

3 Long Island Ice Teas.

8 shots.

2 Margaritas.

That's it. I think. There could be more that I don't recall. At least I've gotten a new and more mature friend base than what I had in LA because when I drank like that in LA when I passed out they would like... dye my hair blue and stuff. Plus it got braided a few times.

Being French is only good for red wine, you have to be a total mutt to enjoy the full benefit :)

Mardi Gras sounds like fun, carnival at home is more on the dark side and a bit scary. People are wearing masks and you never recognise anyone, I didn't like it at all and am actually glad that I have been able to avoid it for a couple of years now.
