L Word Viewing Party, Away!

I'm off to Pip and Stacey's house with Michi to help them get ready for the weekly L Word viewing party we have. Each year it gets a little bit larger. I think there should be around 30 people there tonight. Personally, I'm still not sure if I'm really looking forward to the show or not... I mean, I love Alice, that's a given but everyone else? Erhhhh. Okay, there's Helena too. I love me some Helena. And Jenny. I have a strange love for Jenny now.

All right, so there's three characters to look forward to. That's a good thing. We'll see how it goes. Naturally I'll be online posting at the The Media Blvd L Word Forum about the episode. Plus on my usual chat programs. Thus if you want to give the show a good discussion or bitch session, do give me a message.

But here's to hoping S4 is not a repeat of the disaster that was S3. Only thing good in that season was Helacious. Which I simply had to use a S4 screencap of for my avatar in this post. Helena is so cute as a cowgirl.

Since I am now back in good old Europe I will have to wait at least a day before I can watch it, so we might be able to "discuss" the episode later on.
Like you I am not sure if I am looking forward to this season or not. If the trend continues this season will be worse than the last - if that is possible - but then I like the majority of the actresses. I am almost schizophrenic when it comes to that show, I don't like much about it besides the actresses and a couple of their characters.

I probably WON'T watch, but I am now in love with Helena as the cowgirl. Remember how we used to joke about that? Haha! Now it's a reality.

Anyway! I will likely be on tonight, possibly after 11:39 PST if I decide to watch the L Word at my friends. It's been too long since our last chat!

I watched, I hated and I doubt I'll be downloading it again in weeks to come. I'd much rather use my precious bandwidth on something more enjoyable and not cringworthy.
As much as I LOVE Leisha/Alice, I don't think I can put up with much more torture.

I knew the show was going to suck as soon as the opening titles came on and they still hadn't got rid of that godawful theme song! Damn Betty!
