I just watched the episode of Top Chef which determines the final three chefs that are going to the finale.
Lisa beat Antonia?! What the fuck? Less people were at Antonia's table, yes, but it sounded like the judges felt there were more problems with Lisa's dishes. Antonia just put her stuff all on one plate and fucked up the peas. Whereas it seemed they had a complaint about everything Lisa made. Plus her past performances have been horrible. Ugh... and then Lisa's little bitchy fit to Richard and Stephanie after Antonia left. Fucking pouty, "A congratulations would be nice."
Here's a congratulations from one lesbian to another, you're a wanker and I totally agree with Antonia. It's all about Stephanie for the win. She's my girl and I hope she kicks your ass all over the place.
I mean, honestly, that whole incident irked me because Lisa assumes it's about Stephanie and Richard liking Antonia as a person more than her which, of course they do, they've been shown to be friendly on the show and pretty much everyone dislikes Lisa because she's abrasive but couldn't it also be because she's won more times than Lisa and has consistently proven herself to be a better and more worthy chef?
Lisa has never done a consistently good performance in the competition, she always fucks something up, whether it be her food or her dealings with people. To me, it's more that they feel Antonia deserves to be there over Lisa because she's put out more good food in the competition than Lisa ever has rather than omgwtfbbq Antonia's our friend she can't go home, you have to go because you're ttly mean Lisa!
Richard had the best final line response to her fit though. "You won the fucking bronze medal. Congratulations. There you go." Hee! Richard, your hair is silly but I love for saying that. It's especially telling since he's been such a classy guy in the competition and before this episode he hasn't had a bad word to say about anyone.
I hope to god Lisa and her undeserving bitchy can't take criticism self doesn't win. I was positive before this episode aired there was no way she'd end up in the final three and here she is... bah. At least she didn't take out Stephanie or Richard by some freakish stroke of luck and Stephanie is going to the finale and is doing strong.
Stephanie's been my favorite since the start of this season and it would be nice to see a woman win Top Chef for once. Though I would hardly be upset if Richard was the winner. I just prefer Stephanie.
