That's a long ass subject but it's a good summary of All My Children. I'm posting videos for Monday and Wednesday. To avoid angering my meager friends list guess what I'm doing?



The 180 forgiveness on Monday was a bit forced and somewhat lame but I expected it because they needed to move onto other storylines. I'm just hoping the whole Bianca thinks Reese has subtext romance with Zach will finally go away now. I like Zach and Reese as BFF's and this whole vibe is just ruining it. I still don't think anything will happen romantically with them and it's just to add tension but I wish they would move onto other things.

Such as Erica being the mother-in-law from hell and Reese trying to deal with that huge can of worms. Today amused me so much because Bianca knew something was up with her mother but when she gets there and Reese is still in tact and happy so she allows her darn optimistic see the best in everyone attitude take over and lets herself think Erica isn't up to something.

Which we all know isn't the truth. I love Erica despite her scheming to ruin what has to be my absolutely favorite ship for Bianca. This is just what she does and she entertains as she does it. I was also happy to see Josh and giggling over his epic love for Kendall. What is with the subtext Kendall has with her siblings? She's got crazy chemistry with all of them! Bianca, Josh, Trey... yeesh. Kendall needs to control her chemistry levels.

Anyway! I'm still feeling sick and I've got a headache. I did finish my latest chapter but it's fairly long and thus it might be awhile before it's done being beta'd and checked over. It does contain sex though so yay on that. Well, yay if the sex is written well. Who knows.

Yes, that's too bad really since there was no follow up. Eden didn't seem to know where to go with those same old lines. They were almost exactly the ones she'd used after Simon showed up on NYE.

I kind of liked today's episode. It was nice to see Bianca returned to sanity. But now that she's abandoned her crazy schemes, Erica is going to move into the breach and she won't give up quite so easily.

Erica is going to pull out the big guns at the bridal shower which should be all kinds of entertaining. I still hold out hope for the happy wedding ending though.

I agree, it was all a bit rushed to me, but at the same time I CAN NOT WAIT for Josh to pull his crazy stunt.

Anyway, if your sex scene is as good as your Reese-stealing-second-base scene, then you have no worries.

I'm going to miss Josh. He was so great with Kendall yesterday and it made me remember all the good scenes they've had together despite his lame origins.

We'll see how the sex scene turns out. I think it's decent but I had a massive migraine writing it.

Hi there-- nothing new to add, really, just agreeing with all you've said. As a new AMC watcher, I'm looking forward and cringing at all the Kane drama that's in store...

And, um... is that Tina Turner over there? Breese in Paris = life beyond the Thunderdome. (God I hope that's what it is, otherwise I just made the lamest joke ever.)

Yeah, that's my Mad Max Beyond The Thunderdome icon starring Ms. Tina Turner because she's awesome like that. It's from the scene where she explains Barter Town runs on methane gas aka pigshit. It amuses me for some reason. Though, I'd think Reese and Bianca escaping Pine Valley would be life beyond the Thunderdome considering all the wacky stuff that goes down in that small town.

I also don't think anything will happen between Reese and Zach but writing the friendship as if there might be a possibility is beyond annoying. The dropped scene after Monday's turnaround didn't surprise me but it makes it seem like it's all in Bianca's head when the writing would suggest otherwise.

If Bianca and Reese have a scene alone together anytime soon, I'll host a parade.

I want them to SORAS Bianca because I think 25 is still too young for her. lol. I want her to be 27 like in my fanfic. Sad but true. I hope it's mentioned though.

Well jeez, two years can't make THAT much of a difference, lol. But I get what you're saying.

Since we're putting it out there, I'd like the show to touch on the age difference and I'm presuming that they're retaining the ten years that's actually between ER and TB.

It does to me! lol. It makes things like her being in charge of Cambias European Division somehow less ridiculous.

Yeah, the ten year age difference, I'd love for it to be discussed. Because as mature as Bianca is her youth does show at times. Like when she was in the hospital after the car crash.

I loved that they made a point of mentioning how she was hopped up on painkillers! I guess when Reese's ring dropped out of the envelope, it gave her such a jolt that she snapped out of her drug-induced paranoia and rushed back home to reclaim her woman. CMU.

Side note: liked how ER played her as sarcastic and belligerent in those scenes. Yeah, she seemed young! Also liked how TB played her immediate forgiveness of Binks. It was touching despite the utter ridiculousness of this entire plot!!!

Well, who wouldn't forgive The Rack? lol. TB was so pretty with her tears though. I loved that scene even though it was so over the top with the utter forgiveness of the building crazy from Bianca.

PV Hospital hasn't improved much under Dr. David. I think Binks totally slipped out of there unnoticed. She could have had another crash all drugged up on pain meds. Erica would sue then. Suuuue. Using Uncle Jack as her lawyer for free.

Reese spoke with such fierce and absolute conviction when she responded to Bianca’s churlish, “I don’t even know you”. I could see on her face and hear in her voice her utter certitude: “Oh, yes, you do. Yes, you do. I am the woman who loves you. I am the woman who built you a house, who gave you a ring, who committed herself to our daughters. I want more than anything to promise to you ‘til death do us part.” Wow. Now that’s a declaration of love! I believe I swooned at that moment, but then shrieked in disbelief as Bianca pulled away from Reese’s beautiful testimony of devotion!
Feeling like an idiot is just the beginning for Binks. No doubt she will be filled with shame for feeling, thinking and doing things that in hindsight were unbelievably irrational. At least she’ll be able to understand better now how Reese could have been engaged to a man she didn’t love. . . it seemed like a good idea at the time. Duh.

On a lighter note, in last Friday’s episode when Reese was being all cuddly (well, trying but getting nowhere) with Bianca and asking her to stay, did I hear right? Did Reese say something to the effect of Gabrielle having a hearty appetite like her mom? Was that an actual saucy line?!? Perhaps a reference that Reese is a breast woman, as Dreiser has so clearly established? Yes!

Do hope you are feeling better. I mean that. I'm not just saying that to get to the first love scene in your fanfic. Just because there's been a lack of sufficient affection between our girls on the show lately doesn't mean I am desperate for some lovin' in your fanfic. Actually it does! Get well!
