I'm such a girl with fandom or maybe more of a crow where I get distracted by shiny new objects. lol. Either way, I have a short attention span and I tend to flit from one fandom to the next just based on my whimsy. I still remain fixated on The Tudors, especially since I've already seen episode two and it doesn't officially air until this Sunday. Oh, such happy days.
I posted before about my love of Jane Seymour on The Tudors and no one cares but it matters not to me. lol. I will continue to post and even though I did say it seems wrong to slash Jane with anyone the more I watch the more I think it's possible to do a really sweet fic from Princess Mary Tudor's point of view on her having a crush on Jane caused by the gratitude she feels towards her and how Jane is just generally a good person to her who happens to be painfully pretty in her sunny and sweet disposition. If I did write the fic it wouldn't be explicit at all because, honestly, this is historical drama television and there's no way I could make Jane Seymour/Mary Tudor actual all out romance believable.
To substantiate my belief that a fic, if based on a crush and innocent love on Mary's part, could be plausible here's some screencapped evidence of the Jane/Mary slightly subtext relationship. Do enjoy because Jane is oh so pretty.
And here's an actual clip of them. I love how Jane is normally shy and reserved but she's almost flirty with Mary here. lol. It's also super cute and a bit sad how genuinely stupefied Mary is by Jane's kindness towards her.
