I'm so sad this show is ending. I know the same creative team is doing The Borgias with Jeremy Irons in 2011 which will kick so much ass it's crazy but dude! I love The Tudors and I wanted to see Edward's brief reign then Mary and finally the most bad ass Elizabeth. It would have been so excellent.

I'm such a girl with fandom or maybe more of a crow where I get distracted by shiny new objects. lol. Either way, I have a short attention span and I tend to flit from one fandom to the next just based on my whimsy. I still remain fixated on The Tudors, especially since I've already seen episode two and it doesn't officially air until this Sunday. Oh, such happy days.

People are strangely surprised to find I have a good deal of heterosexual fandom fixations. Maybe because I only write femslash fanfic? I do squee over my straight OTP's in tv shows, movies, comics, and books that I love I just don't bother to write stories for them and it feels wrong for me to slash some of the females in those couples even though I have mad fangirl crushes on them. Among the heterosexual couples I love includes Henry VIII/Jane Seymour on The Tudors.

( Thanks to Showtime On Demand I've already watched the S3 Premiere. Spoilers under the cut. Although, can you spoil history? I dispute this. I do have YouTube video clips for the Jane scenes from the premiere and episode two though. )
