Shiny New Backpack

I've used the same backpack for a few years now and it finally broke down this past month. I've wanted to replace it for awhile with a really nice (and durable) leather one that I can use not only for school but for my annual vacations when I go to various nerdy conventions. That way I can have two carry on bags instead of stuffing everything into one which is what I've done for awhile. This thing cost more money than I'm willing to reveal but I think it's well worth it and I did get it for $75 cheaper than it normally is.

Behold my shiny new leather backpack! I know, it's sad I'm so excited over a piece of luggage. My life has very few thrills apparently. Now I'm off for another chess lesson with the gf.

It depends. For the past few years oneiric22 and I have been going to conventions close to where we live or are just ones we've wanted to attend with friends. I go to every Yuricon that's located in the USA though. This year we're going to Wondercon in April.

Past cons we've attended include A-kon, Otakon, and Anime Central along with the aforementioned Yuricon. I'm curious about attending Gaylaxicon one year and I'd love to go to Anime Boston sometime.
