If I were to use emoticons mine would be of a huge frowny face right now.

Really, show? Really?! You just had to magically erase Cara and Dahlia's romance completely? Make it so it never happened at all? There was no other way of going back to the original reality? And Cara is the exact same person without having a lifelong relationship with Dahlia that spans from childhood? One that most likely provided the only comfort she would have experienced in the Mord'Sith? This is supposed to be better than Dahlia being dead? I swear, my anger, it is mammoth.

I was going to write an AU Cara/Dahlia fic and now... who knows.

Okay. My anger lasts only so long. I admit it. I can't stay angry too long but that was totally my initial outraged reaction. Now I'm moving on because rage isn't productive. Dahlia is alive and you know, silver lining, I always try to find one. Just because Dahlia's not Mord'Sith doesn't mean she has to turn into a pink dress wearing school teacher with 2.5 kids and a white picket fence house like AU Cara. She could always end up as a freedom fighting apothecary or something bad ass and with fighting skills which would lead her to run into Cara again.

Still, my back story is now utterly and completely irrelevant. I'm not sure I should write that fic that as Mord'Sith Cara and Dahlia traveling with the gang although I so wanted to.

You know what else could work? The merry gang is traveling along, as they tend to do, and Zedd starts to notice subtle then glaring and eventually dangerous differences in Cara and her personality. Perhaps there's ramfications from the spell where Cara has reoccuring memories or images of Dahlia and they start to drive her a bit insane and Zedd has to admit what he did to Dahlia in the spell of undoing. Might even be fun to have Kahlan be the voice of reason and be like, "You erased a lifelong romance from her life, of course she's going to be different, bitch!" lol. And this leads them to make Zedd do another spell which re-Mord'Sith's Dahlia. Yeah. That could work. Maybe? I don't know. I just loved my Mord'Sith romance and now it's taken from me.

In other news, Nicci is extremely hot.

I'll probably end up writing that second fanfic. Which can possibly have AU Dahlia and then Mord'Sith Dahlia. lol. Two for one winning situation, don't you think? Or just AU Dahila because Cara despite her going a bit bonkers with the effects of the spell doesn't want to make Dahlia go through all she'd have to if she was Mord'Sith again.

I'm super mellow now because these...

are a yummy treat with only 40 calories, 10 grams of carbs, and 8 grams of sugar. What? I lost 200 lbs! I'm paranoid about what I eat snack wise and yummy healthy snacks make me happy. Plus I love push pops.

As a fan of your writing, can I just say: YES PLEASE!!!

OMG, please write the second one. OR even the AU one. Just make Cara/Dahlia have a resolution that doesn't completely erase the gay awesomeness. And you know what? Your Mord-sith fic was fucking brilliant and I think that, like you said, there very well would be serious, albeit subtle, changes to Cara after not having Dahlia in her life. It might not be as epic as a whole world change, but on many emotional levels Cara would most definitely be different than before if she hadn't had a life long love affair with Dahlia throughout her Mord'Sith training. More brittle and hard-hearted, less able to understand and cope with her ~FEELINGS and ~EXPERIENCES, etc... SO.. yeah.. your fic would be good. And necessary for my heart. :)

Nooooo please don't give up on the Dahlia/Cara romance..you write it so well :(

I do really like the idea of Cara changing because she never had Dahlia and Zedd having to fix them and give us our Mord Sith romance.

Am I the only one thinking that double the Dahlia is a gratuitous but delicious serving of EFF YOU to the writers? Just me? And I actually liked the episode. Again, just me? Ok.

Your story is going to be leagues more badass than the finale. If Rudolph stops handing out miracles, and the show meets final fatality, there's inevitably going to be a virtual season 3 wherein I think all your supreme Dahlia/Cara awesomeness should be included.

I just want to know if Nikki used a spell to crimp her hair. Seriously. What was up with that massive crimping? I felt like I was watching an 80's fantasy movie. :D

Argh! I just saw episode 21 of LOS.

http://www.hulu.com/watch/151002/legend-of-the-seeker-unbroken#s-p1-so-i0

The writers have het. fantasies on the brain. "Lesbianism is titillating, but its EVIL see the proof of the nasty spell is on Cara's skin." Zed: we must reverse it if we dare. Why didn't he try to re-spell her agiles not change the whole freaking world?

Plus assuming Cara was het widowed homemaker with 2 kids and a growing interest in a man - showed no creativity. oh I'm sure they patted selves on back when reintroduced first seeker. At least Dahlia still kicking and with a Nikki.

I like the leather and the power- but the uber-patriarchy crap is annoying at times. Thankfully you write some kick ass stories which right the world or at least a small corner of it.
