I watched episodes 11 and 12 for Maria-sama Ga Miteru Season 4 today and dudeeee. It was so good.

Finally! Episode 11 we finally get Touko elaborating on her apparently longtime love for Yumi and we get an explanation of why she rejected Yumi's rosary. Although I'm not sure why she believed Yumi knew about her adoption. That seems a bit odd. I know she thought Sachiko told her. Maybe she felt that Sachiko told her after she visited Yumi's house? I'm not sure. I was just fangirl squeeing over the fact the entire episode was dedicated to Touko and it was told from her point of view and we finally got to see how she really feels about Yumi. Also, the bonding with Noriko at the end was fabulous and I really can't wait to see those two as en boutons together. They should rock.

Episode 12 I was expecting more resolution but honestly, the slow pace is why I love Marimite. It just develops everything more and the characterization is wonderful, you know? Noriko once again won the episode by going to see Touko and giving her that speech about the folly of Touko trying to find Yumi in such a lonely and isolated place. Then Touko's realization she loves Yumi and her frantic run to the Rose Mansion and Yumi? SO.MUCH.LOVE. lol. I swear, everything about Marimite fills me with happy.

Then there's the preview for the next episode where we see Touko and Yumi are going on a date. Holding hands! Touko blushing! God, the freaking cute of this series kills me. It's just so much fluffy greatness on top of a capacity to be deliciously angsty. I just can't wait for Touko and Yumi to become soeurs because they're my OTP for this series and I really think they'll be good for each other. It's just precious how much Touko loves Yumi though she'd deny it with a lovable surly attitude if you confronted her on it.

Yes, I am eternally grateful. I love it so. Though it means I owe you an addictive anime series or something else comparable. Aren't you the one who also told me about Nanoha too? Hmmm.
