I've been neglecting my obsessive All My Children video posting, probably out of depression that my all time favorite soap opera has been cancelled, but no more! It has returned because fuck it all, I want Bianca happy when they end this and I'll throw a severe shit fit pout if it doesn't happen. Also, ditto for Erica and Kendall.
Marissa limping and snarky and fabulous. Bianca is kind to a fault but I love how fucking goofy Marissa gets around her. They're so adorable and similar in a lot of great ways. I think, honestly, if this plays out the way I want Marissa could be the perfect end game partner for Bianca.
This has nothing to do with Bianca/Marissa but it cracks me up how Emma hates on Greenlee so much but is perfectly okay with everyone else. It's nice to see Marissa pushing JR away. I'm not sure how far that will last since the show is bound and determined to create a love triangle. Hahaha. Bianca burns the house down! Awesome. I love them bringing back history. So fucking great. I really don't want Bianca/JR to descend into horrible fighting over Marissa because I like them as friends but JR doesn't give up easy and neither does Bianca once she knows her feelings are reciprocated. Which, you know, is all up to Marissa at this point.
I love that AMC recognizes that of course Bianca and her hotness would get random women hitting on her. They don't recognize it enough, in fact. In real life, Bianca would have to be one of the most eligible lesbians out there. It's why I want to do that AMC/L Word crossover just to have Alice spaz out over meeting her. lol. Bianca is so cute though, she doesn't handle random flirting with unknown people well. It's her Montgomery side winning out over the Kane influence, I think.
JR/Marissa kiss warning. However, it's still going strong on the Marissa/Bianca anvils. I mean, there's this thing called the telephone but Marissa can't use that! No, no, she has to fly to St. Barts to tell Bianca the good news about Reese being a workaholic and choosing her career over her kids. I mean, perfectly logical lawyer decision, right? Ahhh, love their cuteness and that of the Kane women.
HUGS! Happiness! Shippiness! Such joy. Then Bianca realization about how Reese gave up the girls so easily for her career. Bianca and her girls, I love it so. Mimo and Gabby, the cuteness. The "huh" bit was awesome too. These two have such crazy chemistry. I just wish Marissa would get it already. There should be some great angst or self-contemplation when she realizes though. Kinks continues to be my favorite ship though.
These two are totally each other's support anchors at this point. Totally love Bianca telling Marissa about her past. I still wonder how much Marissa knows about Bianca's rape and the murder trial. I wish I could see her finding out if she doesn't know, it would be such a great scene.
Wherein Erica has been kidnapped (as often happens to Erica) and Bianca is having more Miranda center woes. Typical awesome Marissa offers to help out with her lawyering skills. I love how offended Marissa is on Bianca's behalf, such hugs, Marissa. These two have such an obvious connection, it kills me.
Tag team smackdown from the Castillos and Bianca is just standing there. Why be so mean? She hasn't said one word to either of them. Why does all shitty things happen to Bianca? Wait, I know, it's Bianca. Can I say again how much I love Christina Bennett Lind? She's completely charming as Bianca. Her scenes with Alicia are always great. I was afraid about Nu!Kinks chemistry at first but no more, so great together.
Is David seriously sitting beneath a cherry blossom tree angsting? lol. Fabulous! Love it.
1:20 you guys! Bianca narrows her eyes at JR/Marissa and twirls her hair. I have no idea why that moment is so awesome but it is. She's almost in evil genius Kane scheming mode right there. AJ is kind of a dick to Emma but then again, little kids can do that. I like how Mimo and Gabby stay nuetral. Kane wisdom in the children, I guess. Removing leaves in Bianca's hair, super intimate, and Scott! I just know he's going to figure things out before Marissa does. I hope he's her BFF confidant about Bianca.
9:50 is even more awesome. Bianca sneaks up and her and Marissa exchange a look and JR turns around with a what, whaaat, I'm innocent look on his face. I really don't want these three to descend into fueding in the love triangle because I really enjoy them in this weird friend thing they have going but I know it will happen anyway. JR isn't the type to give up easily and neither does Bianca once she knows the person likes her back. I also love how defensive Marissa is on Bianca's behalf about the idea of the blind/double date. She has no idea her feelings towards Bianca are turning romantic but it's so there.
Am I just being weird but at the end of the scene, Bianca is taller than Marissa. I thought they were the same height or is Bianca in heels and Marissa in flats? I dig this height difference though. Or maybe I just really like the expression on Bianca's face as she looks at Marissa. That's probably it. I also love the, "I'll be right there to help you through it." Anvils raining from the sky.

I desperately love Marissa's snark/fondness interaction with JR. Obviously, I don't want them back together but if JR would just give up with her and find someone else I think at this point they could be really awesome ex's who get along. Also Marissa loves to be mixed up with Bianca, it's a huge compliment. Oh lord, Marissa you're so into Binks even if you don't know it.
And Bianca saying she's beautiful with the obvious stare at Marissa and not her blind date. I mentioned how much I love Christina Bennett Lind as Bianca but I have to say that without Sarah Glendening being recast as Marissa this ship wouldn't even have a chance of working. She manages to make every scene with Christina filled with chemistry and adorable flirting while making it seem super natural.

And that's the end of my video splurge you guys! They are so going to be a couple. I can't wait for it to happen or for Marissa to realize she's into Bianca already. This is my one big hope before the show ends. I hope AMC doesn't let me down.

I keep hoping they'll bring back Annie at the last minute for JR and Marissa will end up with Bianca. I don't want to see Bianca angsting either but I think once Marissa gets a hint she likes Bianca as more than a friend I don't think she'll be all wishy washy I can't love a woman about it. With her ravamped personality that doesn't seem to suit her.

This Sucks!
I can't believe All My Children is going off the air, it's been there for over 40 years; granted the show isn't what it's suppose to be but that's cause Brad Fonts totally fucked it up with all the bull crap storylines and bringing in people no one cares about! Not to mention he destroyed an incredible piece of history by trying to take away the fact that Erica Kane had the first legalized abortion on television! Thankfully I refuse to accept majority of what the man did and still am championing that Erica keeps that crown; at least they didn't change Binks back to being straight. It was a great moment for soaps and AMC, the first gay character in soap opera history and it was so beautifully done by Eden Reigel who will ALWAYS be the best Bianca they ever had and I miss her so much! I don't mean to take anything away from the new girl, but no one was ever going to be as good as Eden in my eyes once she played her and now that the show is ending it just makes me even more bitter; I know it's wrong to do to the new actress as it's not her fault, but I can't help feeling all the same that I want my Binks back instead especially with it being the end. :(
I am very much going to miss the Kane women when this is all over as well as various other cast members (though NEVER the character of Ryan or Ruin as I and other fans call him, cause I hate him and think he was a major supplier of crappy storylines and the ruiner of many things not to mention the great love that was Leo/Greenlee - she just forgot him and Ryan was her all time love I THINK NOT NEWBIE WRITERS! Watch some episodes.) but still - they are the Kane's and Erica most of all I shall miss. :) Why couldn't they have given them the chance to replace the writers and try for another year at least before ending it? We don't even get a full year, it ends in September and we're going to be left with no Zack/Kendall, a crappy twin identiy stealer, and no big fan "thank you" flashback? I call bull! Okay, so that last part hasn't happened yet but with just the cancellation in favor of cooking shows I am putting nothing past ABC! >:(
Your videos were interesting, but I just don't know about Bianca and Marissa; I want Binks happy don't get me wrong but with the time crunch they need to be doing something now or bring back Maggie or someone because it's sadly deadline time people. :( Bianca deserves to be happy with someone who's going to care about her and not do her like past relationships have been, hopefully we'll see that happen but again - ABC, not holding my breath. Speaking of Binks, would love to see a collection of clips with her and the other women in her life aka her mother and sister (even when Kendall was evil and played by Sarah Michelle Gellar; wish we'd seen her as a reflection in Kendall's mirror sometime, Janet's not the only one who should be able to play that game. Also would have loved to see Alicia as Kendall get into it with our old Skye because that would have been a great fight too!) because despite their differences the Kane women are the strongest in Pine Valley and have had such great moments together.
Man am I ever going to miss this show and what it was; can't believe CBS is keeping some of theirs but TV is losing the once great AMC. *sigh* As Erica Kane goes so should everyone else I say!
