Nerdiness of Nic

I've had a massively evil ear infection since Saturday in my left ear. I can't hear anything out of it and it's constantly ringing. I could only get in to see my ear doctor about it today. He fixed me up with some meds which he told me to get at Schnucks since they'd be cheapest there (he was right $4 with my insurance co-pay, whee) and it takes twenty minutes for them to fill the script, right?

I strategically chose the Schnucks next to a Best Buy I frequent because scripts usually take some time to fill and I can easily waste countless hours at the big blue electronics chain because I'm nerdy like that. Anyway! I'm wandering through the dvd section and DUDE. They have all the seasons of South Park for just $18.99!

I'd totally buy them all if I didn't already own them. But if you want them, get them now, that's hella cheap.

ETA: South Park Season 13 is out on March 16th! That's awesome. I can spend all of Tuesday/Wednesday watching S13 before S14 starts up on Wednesday. It really is sad how much of a fangirl I am for this show. I just really love their fucked up satirical humor. That season was totally great though. Fishsticks, Pinewood Derby, Dead Celebrities, Margaritaville... just so many great episodes that were hilarious.

I have a shitty summer cold and I'm all doped up on meds and I feel like I'm tripping. It reminds me of the various horrible times when I managed retail and was on meds and my reaction time was totally slow. This happened a lot during Christmas and I'd have bitch ass customers who would call me awful names for not giving them some special snowflake deal they felt they deserved against customer policy and it would only be ten minutes later after they exited the store I realized what they said to me. That's what going on right now.

If I move my hand in front of my face I think I can see the trail it leaves.
